Being a law student in London and future of SOFTRE

SOFTRE today runs as a consultant of professionals, making the life of entrepreneurs and startups in India easier through a team of tax accountants, company secretaries, and legal consultants who work on fixed prices with guaranteed service satisfaction by SOFTRE.
 
My responsibility for overseeing SOFTRE increased significantly since 2023, as the growing reach of the audience seeking legal services increased. SOFTRE INDIA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED became a regulated trademark attorney with a team of in-house lawyers in India. My involvement as a manager increased, and a good encouragement to become a qualified lawyer became necessary, leading me to explore law schools in the UK and the USA. Subsequently, I chose an ordinary law jurisdiction, London being the epicentre;
 
I decided to take the University of Westminster’s LLB programme’s curriculum that perfectly aligns with comprehensive learning, preparing me for the Solicitor Qualifying Examination. At the same time, the common law we learn in England allows me to be qualified in other countries, and I plan to become a qualified lawyer in India as well.

My 10-year goal is to have our company as a regulated law firm in England and Wales, Australia and the USA, specialising in Commercial law and intellectual Property.

Eventually, my big dream is to have our company’s 70% of profits dedicated as a reserve fund for individuals and small businesses at risk of injustice who need legal assistance but cannot afford it.
